Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for errors made by USPS, UPS or any other delivery service. Almost all of our shipments are sent via UPS, which provides higher quality tracking information than USPS. If you are unable to find a delivered item, please contact the carrier.
Order changes:
If you would like to like to change anything on an order please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the product and where we are at in its manufacturing, we may be able to make a change at no cost to you. If we are able to salvage the product and re-list it for sale, we have the ability to charge you, as the customer, a change fee of no more than 20% of the item cost. If the product has been completed, no changes are possible.
Cancellations:
Order cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of order, unless the item has already been shipped.
Returns or Exchanges:
All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Due to this, all sales are final.
Please read all product descriptions carefully. As monitors vary, colors may appear differently on your computer than mine.
